Then you have movies such as Mardaani 3 and Tu Yaa Main, which explore crime and survival from very different angles.
Assi is much more serious and socially focused, while Jab Khuli Kitaab takes a quieter look at relationships and marriage. Cocktail 2, meanwhile, provides a more conventional mainstream romantic-comedy experience.
